Roles & Responsibilities:
Designation: Client Relationship Executive
• Candidate's profile will involve active Business development, and coordinating with Clients and getting minutes generated through usage of our premium numbers
• The person is expected to develop new consulting business and manage strategic client accounts in telecom industry as well as generate revenues through sales of our premium numbers at competitive rates
• Responsible for Generation of daily minutes with specific targets as key performance indicators through daily interaction with client on Skype & email
• Writing reports, Providing management with feedback on client
• Coordinating with support team to in order to close client request within TAT.
